What is ‘My Account’? How do I keep it updates?

First of all, click on ‘My Account’ and ‘Sign Up’ for the account and if returning customer then login using your credentials or link it to your ‘Facebook’ account. It provides you with the ‘Dashboard’ of your personal account, you can track your previous orders with us (if any). Download the details of the order,  edit each and every detail in your account and also can view the address.

How to check if the product is genuine and of good quality?

The product should be sealed pack and have a long shelf life. The importers MRP sticker must be there and should display the import date & FSSAI of the importer. The batch number can be confirmed with the Brand itself & from the import also. If still concerned, get the lab test done.

Is your shopping cart secure?

Yes. We utilize SSL throughout the checkout method to make sure that a customer’s personal info is often encrypted. Viewing order details from among your store is additionally done through Associate in Nursing encrypted SSL link. Also, all Master Card info is unbroken encrypted on the server.

Is there a category specific policy for returns?

Nutrition: Products should be received in original packaging and sealed condition. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. For issues like rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavor like/dislike, flavor difference from one brand to other etc. products would not be applicable to return. Please consult with the doctor before buying the product
Fitness Equipment: There is no return policy for any product unless it is damaged in transit.

How to do Cancellation of a Order?

You can Goto My Order -> View Order -> Cancel Order. You cannot cancel order once it is shipped. Once the order is shipped you can dial +91 8882803223 or can drop us an email at info@fitwysenutrition.com along with the order ID, we will do the rest.

What products Do Not come under return policy?

The following shall NOT be eligible for return or replacement:
1. Damages due to misuse of the product
2. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
3. Any consumable item which has been used or installed
4. Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
5. Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
6. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

Can I order ‘Sold Out’ marked products?

Unfortunately, you cannot order a ‘Sold Out’ marked products.

Do I get confirmation after ordering any products online?

Yes, you will get a confirmation message on your registered phone number, you will also receive the confirmation email on the registered mail ID along with the Order ID details mentioning in the confirmation.Kindly check the Spam in case if it is not received in the Inbox.

What is ‘Cash on Delivery’ in payment method?

It is one of the payment methods where you make a purchase online and you will receive the product at your address. You have to make the payment at your doorsteps after receiving the product. This is done when somebody is not comfortable making an online payment mode.The courier does not carry any Swipe Machine and cash needs to be handover to the courier boy. We recommend Prepaid Order to avoid return of product due to non-availability of cash from doorstep.

What is Coupon and what is the advantages of it?

A Coupon code is basically special offer discounts code which is presented to our customers.

Can I combine two coupon codes together to make a bigger discount offer?

No, a Coupon code is system generated codes which are applicable to the dedicated product itself and cannot combine two codes for one product.

What if my order gets unsuccessful and payment is done and the money is deducted from my account?

If the order is unsuccessful and the payment is done, you will receive the refund, within 7 working days your refunded amount will reflect in your account.

What should I do when I receive a wrong, damaged or missing product?

In a case receiving a wrong, damaged or missing product which was not mentioned in the product description on our website, just take a picture of the outer product along with the invoice copy of the product and send to info@fitwysenutrition.com or call us at +91 8882803223 within 24 hours of receiving the product and you can raise the concern. We will arrange for a reverse pick up and try to deliver the accurate product or you will get a refund of the product if we can’t arrange for the right product delivery.

How to check Authenticity of the product?

Firstly, please refer to our Authenticity Page by clicking on below Link.We have mentioned the details of each Importer and Brands imported by the importer. To verify the authenticity and genuineness of the product you need to verify the hologram of all the authorized importers on each product shipped by us. You can also send us the batch number and expiry date images of the received product and we can get it reviewed by the importers and the brands directly.

You can also call on the helpline number provided by the importer on the hologram attached and get verified all your queries. In case you are still not sure you can drop a mail to the brand’s official email id and get the product verified directly from them. We can also help you in getting your queries resolved by following up with the manufacturer directly on behalf of you and looping you in every mail.
